SCHOOL.KUENSTING.ORG Thesis:

Using the school.kuensting.org resources:
First: The tabs on the Biology Front Page include the following:
- General: has miscellaneous links, including the Resources page. The Resources page includes links to the syllabus, course evaluation form and much more. It also includes basic science information and examples, including procedures for creating and interpreting data tables and graphs that will be used throughout the school year.
- Focus Sheets: are the primary tool for studying a topic in Biology. These pages have links to the presentations, labs and other pertinent resources associated with the topic.
- Assessment: these are the pages for Assign homework, Tests, Quizzes, and Test or Quiz Results.
- Jump To: allows direct access to the class Bulletin Board where all homework, labs, quizzes and tests are announced.
Printing Documents:
- The textbook, Assign Homework, lab sheets, etc. were not intended for mass production on school printers. Do not print more than one copy of any document from this site. All documents printed from this site should be printed 2-sided.
Brain Game, Quizzes, and Tests:
- Students are expected to keep their tablets in good working order. If a tablet is not working properly, a student should see the tech department right away. Failure to have a working tablet for Assign Homework, Tests, or Quizzes will result in the loss of credit for the assignment.
- Especially when taking a Test or Quiz, QUIT ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS AND CLOSE ALL OTHER WINDOWS. Other applications can make it more likely to experience computer difficulties or crashes.
- Safari or Chrome are the recommended browsers to use for Biology resources. Students can no longer access Biology study sheets, lab sheets or other files using other browsers.
- A Lock-Down Browser is REQUIRED to take all school.kuensting.org online quizzes and tests.
- If you do not have a Lock-Down Browser, download one.
- If you have installed music or other applications that launch on startup, you will have to turn them off for the lock-down browser to function.
- Javascript MUST be enabled (it is by default) on a browser to use school.kuensting.org.
