ID Features: yellow flowers, leaves of 3 toothed leaflets.
Natural History: Wild strawberry, the wild version of the garden strawberry plant, grows as a low-growing weed in many lawns. It produces yellow flowers that bear tiny strawberries, eaten by rabbits and birds.
