Habitat: any full sun area.
ID Features: purple flowers in spring.
Natural History: Henbit is a small spring-flowering plant with leaves that encircle their square stems. The flowers are pink and held upright at the branch tips. It flowers in the early spring and becomes dormant by summer. It grows in any untended area.
